We only harvest Merlot. Since we have just the One variety, this allows us to pay strict attention to the maturing process of our grapes. What you are guaranteed with our merlot grapes is you will be purchasing the most premium merlot mountain grown wine grapes in the Sierra Foothills. Our merlot grapes are know for carrying their own when it is time to make wine. Every wine maker from novice to large production winery makes gold medal winners from our merlot grapes.

Please view some of the pictures we have provided to show you how well these little guys work just hanging on the vine. They are serious grapes in a serious vineyard. Of course they have their days when they just like to party, but you have to remember how well wine goes at parties.

We anticipate tonnage between 15 to 20 tons of merlot grapes. We are in the Fair Play Appellation - Fair Play, Ca. The merlot grapes ripen gently in the Sierra Foothills. We have five acres of merlot, grown in deep granite soils, quadrilateral trellised at 2900 elevation with southern exposure producing exceptional quality fruit.

We usually have wineries buying large quantities of our merlot grapes, but we like to set some rows aside for the home wine makers. We take the orders on first come first serve, so reserve some of these merlot grapes as soon as possible to make sure you aren't disappointed at harvest time.
